Consulting services provide professional guidance but do not guarantee specific results. Clients remain responsible for decisions made based on advice provided. Missed appointments may be forfeited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by SarDev remains its intellectual property, including software, digital downloads, documentation, frameworks, and training materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.
9. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact SarDev before initiating a payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination, revocation of service access, or collection actions.
10. Confidentiality
Information shared during consulting services may include proprietary business methods and must not be disclosed without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
SarDev is not liable for loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service involved.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Alabama in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Users waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be handled individually and not as part of any class action.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
14. Changes to Terms
SarDev may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
