All purchases from SarDev LLC d/b/a SarDev Nexus are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
No-Refund Policy
This policy applies to:
- SaaS subscriptions
- Digital downloads
- Software tools
- Templates
- Consulting services
Because these products involve instant digital delivery or reserved consulting time, refunds cannot be issued once access is granted or services are scheduled.
Refund Exceptions
If a purchased product cannot be delivered due to a verified technical issue, SarDev LLC will attempt to resolve the issue.
Refunds are only issued where required by law.
Refunds will not be provided for
- Change of mind
- Failure to use services
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Lack of technical knowledge
